The whole estate, exclusively yours
- The 420 m² house, its 17 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms
- The 9,000 m² park, the heated pool (May to September), the covered terrace and its summer kitchen
- The professional kitchen, the equipped living room, Wi-Fi, games and the rowing boat
- The 20 parking spaces and the charging point
End-of-stay cleaning (compulsory), fitted sheets (compulsory), duvet covers, towels, tourist tax. Details below.
For rental only, a 2-night weekend for 35 people works out at around €50 per person per night, and a summer week at around €31. Add the cleaning and fitted sheets, which are compulsory.

The cleaning fee may change if the service falls on a bank holiday. 2027 rates on request.
Tourist tax
5% of the nightly price (rental only), divided by the total number of guests, then multiplied by the number of adults and the number of nights.
Example: a €3,650 weekend in April with 25 adults and 10 children comes to a tourist tax of €143.50.
